I am a liberal. I believe in equity and equality. I believe in giving others a hand up as well as a hand out because sometimes folks need support while they are trying to better their lives.

I believe that Black Lives Matter. I believe in science. I believe in a woman’s right to choose what happens to her own body. I believe in the first amendment right to free speech. Climate change is real. I believe that trans rights are human rights and that we should be able to marry whomever we want as long as the marriage is between two consenting adults – regardless of gender identity or reproductive organs.
